Lemon Tahini Dressing

I have always liked tahini but recently my interest in it has reached new levels due to pregnancy cravings & also appreciating just how nutrient rich it is! Tonight I made a homemade lemon tahini garlic dressing (inspiration recipe in post to follow) & generously drizzled it over salad with greens, tomatoes, onion, bits of vegan cheese & sesame seeds & over a gluten free fusili pasta by GoGreen made from red peas, rye flour, buckwheat & quinoa flour. Tahini Rich Dish!

Lemon Tahini Garlic Dressing

I began with about:

1/2 cup tahini

3/4 water

a few tablespoons olive oil

sprinkling of cayenne paper

herb salt

lemon juice

a clove of garlic

I began to blend the mixture up, adding bits more of each ingredient to adjust for texture & taste.

I love this dressing!
