I’m definitely an eater who often prefers several small meals through the day. I’m also traditionally very keen on savory breakfast. With my current pregnancy, my sweet tooth has definitely kicked up (as opposed to when I was pregnant with my son & barely touched sweet foods), but I still love my savory morning snacks & meals.
This salad (sjögrässallad here in Sweden), Goma Wakame, is a favorite in our house. The simplicity of a bowl of brown rice & seaweed salad is a perfect mid morning snack.
