Tamari Garlic Seitan with Pearl Couscous & Tomatoes in Lime Juice

Seitan Sampler!

I love cooking up little sampler dishes to see how certain ingredients and flavors play together.

For this sampler, I lightly fried strips of Seitan in Safflower oil and Tamari Sauce, adding in slices of Garlic when they were almost done.  I boiled up a little Pearl Couscous and mixed that with raw slices of little Grape Tomatoes and squeezed fresh Lime Juice on the mix before topping with the Garlic Seitan.  Flavors meshed beautifully.
