Vegan at Fairmont D.C.

A recent visit to the Fairmont D.C. to explore and enjoy their vegan cuisine! I began exploring vegan options at the Fairmont properties in Spring of 2015 at the Fairmont Kea Lani (Maui) & the Fairmont Orchid (Big Island) and thoroughly documented the experience in an article.  It is a pleasure to continue on in that tradition & explore the plant based dishes at other Fairmont properties.

*This dish was not on the menu.  I asked the Chef to surprise me & absolutely adored the result.  Not only incredibly photogenic but a very wholesome & delicious plate of food as well.
