Julians was our first stop on a visit to Providence in early June 2016. Clearly a beloved local establishment, we were prepared for a little wait for brunch. Once seated, we ordered drinks. I had Julians Famous Bloody Mary- 100% vegan and with quite a kick! I always am game to try a vegan benedict and enjoyed Julians version- the St Jamez Benedict with Fried Tofu, vegan Hollandaise & Garlicky Baby Spinach.
