On a visit to Maui in March, 2015, I had the opportunity to stop in at Maka by Mana, have lunch, photograph a few plates & meet Chef Shanaan. The atmosphere at this mostly raw vegan Paia eatery is so bright & the food is incredible. If I lived on Maui I’d be a very happy regular here!
